For The Love of Patterns

Matter of Patterns was created in 2017 by Vanessa Crocini. As an eclectic artist, her artistic career has expanded in the last few years from filmmaking to design. She is an award winning filmmaker, producer, editor and photographer, but the love for pattern making and designs goes back to when at 6 years old she wanted to become a fashion designer. Her photography has developed and focused more and more in landscapes and details of plants and flowers, many of which have been incorporated in some pattern designs she has created. Matter Of Patterns is a dream project for her finally come true. Most of the designs are created digitally or are collages of pictures taken during trips around the world.
